Isan Egun, is a Egun(ancestral ) tool made of a bundle 9 stick from the sacred Atori tree in Nigeria, and fed during a special ceremony. These bundle are fortified with additional rituals and materials for the diasporic experience of ethnic ambiguity and separation from land and culture. These shrines may have a single eleki associated with them. Via regular meditation and invocation this item help connect the owner with their personal family ancestor’s and guides. These bundles may be enshrined or elevated. It can also be used in other rituals such as invocations and cleanings. These bundle shrines assist in family cohesions, as well as vernation, healing and elevation of ancestors .
